What are your service hours?

All visits must be scheduled to begin between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Visits that extend beyond 4:00 PM are permitted as long as the start time is within operating hours. Weekend visits run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Do you offer early morning or evening visits?

Our focus is daytime care. If you need help outside our service hours, please text us and we can see whether an exception is possible or refer you to a trusted partner.

How far in advance should I book dog walking?

Regular clients can reserve recurring weekly schedules. For single visits or changes, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Same day requests can be accepted when available but may include a short notice fee.

Trail Treks are one hour nature adventures on local shaded trails. Dogs get fresh air, scent exploration, decompression, and steady exercise. This service is ideal for high energy dogs who need a safe outdoor adventure during the day.

Policies and Safety

How do you keep dogs safe in the Texas heat?

We follow strict heat protocols. Walks may be shortened and enrichment substituted when temperatures are unsafe. We carry water, watch paw pad temperatures, and choose shaded routes. Dogs still receive a potty break and stimulation while keeping safety first.

Are your walkers trained and background checked?

Yes. Every team member completes background checks and a full training program. Training includes dog handling, behavior basics, senior dog care, heat safety, customer service, and emergency response.

Do you walk dogs from different households together?

No. We provide individual care for each household unless you request your dogs be walked together.
