How do you keep dogs safe in the Texas heat?
We follow strict heat protocols. Walks may be shortened and enrichment substituted when temperatures are unsafe. We carry water, watch paw pad temperatures, and choose shaded routes. Dogs still receive a potty break and stimulation while keeping safety first.
